Our sheds are all CUSTOMIZABLE: add additional doors, and/or windows and even choose where you want to put them. Customize your shed, shed trim, and/or shed door with any color as we have partnered up with Sherwin Williams! They have hundreds of colors to choose from or match a current color you have. We use their Emerald line which is Sherwin Williams finest, long lasting brand.

***We use architectural, algae resistant, limited lifetime warranty shingles, Lp smartside siding that is one of the most durable siding choices on the market it can last up to 50 years, (unlike the old T111 siding that you see on the old sheds that are rotting out on the bottom).   

***We build our walls and trusses 24 inches on center.  The flooring materials are 2x6 ground treated wood and ¾ inch Advantech flooring.   Avantech flooring is a pretty amazing material, it’s a structural panel which will hold together your floor for a very long time, and is warranted against cupping, swelling, and delamination unlike regular plywood.  It has special resins in it so you won’t have to worry about water getting on it and ruining it.  

***KC weather can be very crazy, from hot and humid weather to cold rainy days and snowy nights, you need a safe, dry place for your belongings, our sheds include a lockable door with keys and screened vents at the top for ventilation. Check out our features page for more information!
